You miss the point. The proof, as they say, is in the pudding. This surplus we're enjoying now didn't occur when political lackeys like Dornan were running the show in the House. These great fiscal strides didn't occur when Reagan and Bush were running the show from the Oval Office. No, Virginia, these wonderful things occurred when William Jefferson Clinton ran the show. As much as you hate the man, don't curse the darkness. Bask in the glow of the unprecedented peace and prosperity we have enjoyed since the voters kicked Bush out of the White House in '92.
