I only favor first trimester abortion ,and only later ones where the mother's health is in jeapardy like eclampsia and preeclampsia. If a lethal fetal abnormality is missed on ultrasound at 20 weeks but picked up later......then late term abortion is acceptable............This is the opinion of most physicians I know.............does this answer your question?
