Why would management want to sell equity at this time? If they truly believed that the stock was "undervalued" then selling 5 million shares at market price with what appears to be an option to buy another 5 million shares at market price appears to be an act of insanity. Something doesn't compute.

unclewest...I didn't say I expected SSTI to go to 10...but I do think it's a "possibility" - I didn't try to assign probabilities on the various stock prices I identified. I do think 20 is at least a 50-50 probability in the next month...and if goes to 20, I expect it won't be there long. The real question to me is what valuation the market will place on this stock if the air is let out of the bubble...P/E compression could have this stock in stasis for a while...Ram is right, the stock will double from here...the key from my perspective is what the timeframe is. For new buyers, getting a good entry is important...jbk
