Glenn, which one will you be pulling for? Amzn or B&N? <g>

James,

That is a difficult one <VBG> I understand that Amazon put a lot of time and effort into developing this new and "amazing" technology. One that I believed was basically public domain stuff to begin with and I personally could have insituted it in a day. It was likely in use by other smaller firms but no one thought of applying for a patent.

Anyhow, I own a few shares of BNBN. BKS adds to my local economy and tax base since they have a Superstore up by my store in Erie and a B-Daltons in the shopping center where my store in Meadville is located. I won't let the fact that BKS brings traffic to the shopping centers in which I am located and provides jobs for people in the local community influence my decision.

I am basing my decision on the fact that "1 click" is a cookie that had been in use prior to Amazon ever becoming a company and therefore, I believe the patent should never have been issued.

LOL
