I had those Apple calls; I got them very early and I sold them with a loss to buy puts on the DAX right before the close of the American exchanges at 21:45 CET in after hour trading at a German exchange. I've found I have a problem with my trading system here. I still believe in a come back of AAPL but as I don't diversify I have not the time to wait (because I need the money for the next trade). This puts me often in the position to accept loss after loss just because I won't wait... The reason is I am just practising with a small trading account and I have only one holding at a time. Well, I think I have discovered that I am making it more difficult than it would be because I do not only have to be right in direction but moreover in a certain amount of time. This is one big mistake I have to eliminate in my trading, I think...
