Why would you expect those Republicans to be involved in Dubya's campaign? He's running agains the inside the beltway thinking that has been Gore's life. More taxes, more government, more regulation, more lies. The Dems succeeded in demonizing Gingrich and he has retired. He obviously has his own personal house to get in order. Henry Hyde is still a widely respected member of Congress. As far as I know Barr and Burton remain in Congress. I'm not sure what the point is but I wouldn't expect them to be involved in the campaign unless the Bush camp requested it. And its Dubya's call as to how he runs his campaign. JLA PS The fact that the Repubs have their own moral lapses does not excuse perjury, obstrcution and abuse of office by the current scumbag in the WH.

Just watched a program on PBS, a 17 year old girl and a 15 year old boy limited on shooting doves before their fathers or the other 4 shooters. Cooked them in a slow cooker with a can of cream of mushroom soup. These kids won't be shooting up a school. It also had a Conservation Police Officer who gave a lot of credit to the Eddie Eagle program that the NRA uses to teach new shooters about gun safety. Less than 1% of all gun owners misuse their guns. I'll bet close to 100% of all drivers have broken the law.
