I think the article is very encouraging. People tend to blame the CEO for all the troubles of the company, but the truth is that there is a team of people blowing it. Bringing in a tough CFO, rearranging the businesses around profitability and ditching Avaya is a good start. Rich McGinn has a shot at redeeming his image and you can imagine how hard he is going to go at it. Maybe he is up to the task. I just hope they don't mess up Bell Labs which is one of the foundations of this company. Clay
