Straightlife, The secondary public offering (SPO) announcement came out just about the same time I was posting my SSTI analysis here. I agree with this poster's reaction to the SPO:

As a SSTI shareholder should I be concerned about a (potential) 6.5% dilution to earnings? Hell no! Not if SSTI is beating growth estimates by >50% each quarter. Who cares about 6.5%? The name of the game is to keep that growth going and that's what the management is planning to do.

By the way, earnings estimates for CY 2000 and CY 2001 were revised upward again on the Yahoo site since the time I posted here on SSTI yesterday morning. Just in the last eight days, there has been 3 upward earnings revisions and I expect more upward revisions to come this week.
