I am more than half-hoping that Ray does indict Clinton.
He would finally get to defend himself unfettered, and would get to take a swing at his accusers. And I've never met Hillary, but what you describe is what I've heard and is consistent with what I have seen of her. I noticed that Starr steered clear of her, and went after all the small fry in his inquisitions. He wanted her hide so badly, but didn't dare.
