Dear John, L'Shana Tovah, Happy New Year to you and your family.

John, read an interview with Judge Jackson in IHT yesterday He admits that his verdict to split MSFT has no chance in the court of appeal!! He further blames MSFT for his decision.

I got the net impression that Judge Jackson is regretting his decision to split the company and blame MSFT's intransigence for it. He tells the readers indirectly, sorry, I made a mistake, but it wasn't my fault!

Well, now that I have heard it from the "horses mouth", I can tell you that I know am confident that MSFT will not be splited. Did you read the article?

Kind regards,
Yaacov
