Wowa there, you have to say $9 adjusted for changes in the bankruptcy right?? If there is a 'new stock' trading @ $9 with current shareholders wiped out, clearly early would win.

I agree with DAK - only if the present share equivalent is above $9 can you win and Earlie lose.
