OT: Seems that the software I've been using for years to record and track stock purchases for tax reporting purposes has ceased to exist. It was an old program for MS-DOS operating system called Market Analyzer Plus (MAP) that was marketed by Dow Jones (DJ). DJ discontinued software last year due to cost to fix for Y2K and to upgrade to Windows version. So, now I'm wondering what software (or net site) I can buy/use to replace MAP. Software should have the capability to handle splits, short sales and, most importantly, to generate Schedule D itemized list of transactions divided into long and short term categories. Please let me know (via Private Message only!) what you all like and/or are using that will work on my Windows 98 system.
