It's easiest to use the "Find (on this page)" and search for Wash. 'Bout the 6th hit gets you to the real meat.

I'm am a little unsure about the fund bit though. All that wash sale stuff certainly applies to us lowly schedule D users. I thought there was an out for those that could claim "trader" status (IRS's definition, not mine), who can claim trade or business expenses instead of itemized deductions, & use schedule C instead of schedule D. I also thought that funds would have enough legal horsepower to structure themselves to be equally exempt from the wash sale rules.
