BTW, when my husband and I got married 31 years ago in a Methodist Church, the ceremony lasted 10 minutes. Everyone said it was the shortest wedding they'd ever seen. I guess that's because most of the guests were Catholic. We live in a largely Catholic area. I always liked Catholics as a young person, because I lived in small-town Ohio and they were the only ones who drank! Even at the local school festivals, the Priests would drink beer. It was fun!
