I have 100baseT and cannot burn reliably at 1X through the network with 2M in cache so I doubt 4M in cache is much of a solution for burning through the network. I am more interested in the Plextor burn-proof method. I wonder if this works through the network. It is a pain to have to copy network data to the local drive before burning.
