I am sitting on a stack of Oct 50 calls for CMTN, so I am not bearish yet - LOL. If they expire worthless it's a pretty good bet I will ignore the sector from now on.

All depends on the numbers CMTN puts up on Oct. 17. Show me da money, and I will believe.

BTW, you lumped all the fiber optics stocks into a possible bubble on the Tulipmania thread. I spoke with a Wall Street analyst in this sector who thinks ALA may displace NT as the system leader in years to come.

You can buy ALA for 3x sales. That ain't a bubble - you have to be more discriminating how you evaluate the FO sector to pick the winners and losers, IMHO. Only some of the stocks have mind-bending valuations at the moment. The old guard is looking like a good value. There is also huge revenue growth on the way unlike anything the dot.com E-tailers ever dreamed of.
