Jill, Greenstein might simply use "neutral bias"
as RRick expects, Fed will shift to neutral
this approach costs them the least, doesnt materially affect shorterm interest rates, but DOES cause at atmospheric shift in the upper monetary jetstreams

as long as the Euro continues to get off its colorless back, Fed policy will remain intact
it is slides again toward 80, then I anticipate action
our colorful greenback is so strong now
any real broad economic slowdown could change that

watch the US Money Supply, that is the key
it is still trending up, but very gradually

hard to imagine INTC, MSFT, AAPL as the newest stalwarts
I say Intel has more moments in the tech sun limelight though
