Re: "performance of the code is bad or you would see Intel post SPEC benchmarks (not being released yet did not stop the Coppermine)"

There you go again! You just claimed that Intel released SPEC benchmarks for CuMine before release. This is utter nonsense.

I know, I know, you're going to post a link to some game sight showing some teenager claiming how fast he could blast mutant aliens (tm EPHUD '98) and this will prove Intel released SPEC benchmarks.

You could be a valuable contributor to this thread but instead you're making a complete fool of yourself.

Pete, you are still posting more rumors and passing them off as fact. No wonder others have resorted to attacking you on a personal level.

Speaking of non-disclosure of SPEC scores, why hasn't AMD released any SPECint2000 benchmark scores for Athlon? After all, Athlon has been released for quite some time, even the 1.1 GHz version. AMD has posted SPECfp2000 scores, so why not SPECint2000?

If you think Intel has something to hide before Itanium's release, you must also think AMD has something to hide AFTER Athlon's release. That is, if you don't want to be a hypocrite.
