how about a product AOL reality check
I would like to see what new products AOL/TW will offer
first of all, I would like to see a "callwaiting" feature on AOL interface
why not have a big message on screen "incoming call, press button to answer (resulting in pause)"

my clunky old webTV had this feature, and it worked
at least most of the time
AOL is behind webTV in certain features!!!

sure, InstantMessage is cool
but for those having single phone line, incoming calls are routed directly to voicemail
that sucks
AOL is getting behind the curve in features
DSL is dusting them, altho they got other technical problems

everyone spews at mouth about AOL/TW nifty potential
like what? when?
WHEN DELINEATED, THENNNN YOU SEE AOL STOCK RISE

explain the benefits of the merger to a customer, ME
I mean in new advantages for users
thanks, Jim
