Thanks a lot for pointing that out Dave. It wouldn't be surprising for firms in a bad market to try to hold on and "get off" the paper. They wouldn't have to do it if the stock was going up, as the accounts that bought the paper would be thrilled with their "bargain".

We used to call it "grooming the market". ;-)
