Hey Cos
"The cool thing about Buddhism (at least the Tibetan kind) is there are teachings, but not really dogma." I would highly doubt that. In fact I would venture a guess that they are very dogmatic about there not being any dogma. Of course you will discover that for yourself if you go.

I want to apologize for not responding to the excellent analysis of your philosophical position.

I found it both refreshingly honest and disconcerting at the same time. I think it deserves an equally thoughtful response from me but I have to go to work. Teapots won't make themselves. I keep hoping that they will but I'm not holding my breath.

As for my van, it's #2. I saw a good car show a couple of weeks ago and the guy said if you want to learn how to fix cars, drive scrap. I said to myself, I'm way ahead you brother, I'm way ahead of you. It would have been smarter to have just bought a new one but I wanted to learn.
I have to go but I'll get back to you later;
Greg
