You jump in your argument. Definitely your inference is ridiculous when you write that competence has something to do with mailing an item to an intended recipient. All incentive for sending the tapes rest with: a) Republican dirty tricks; or, b) someone within the Bush camp disgruntled by the campaigns policies and strategies. Again, I ask the question: What actually was is the sent debate tapes? What was in the accompanying debate strategy book? Perhaps the content of the sent materials have some gravity or some kind of revelation to them. We don't know this yet, do we?
