HAXS has a solid bottom at 2.50, currently at 2.81. They broke a triple top a few weeks ago, but then negated the buy signal by breaking a double bottom. It could very well have a nice percentage move. Also, 30% short interest could cause a nice short covering rally if some good news came out. I would expect that to happen at around $5.50, maybe at $4.50. Revenues of $18M and a market cap of $36M.....not too bad...but they do seem to be burning up the cash.

At $2.81, it is pretty low risk. IMO
