Let's see, what's the cleaver little word game are you playing with this one. Obviously our armed forces have been more than decimated over the last 8 years. Moral is rock bottom, they keep lowering the requirements to fill the reduced ranks. Hmm.

Yes the military was stronger under George Bush. Look at the readiness reports. The equipment we're using today is 8 years older with way too much deferred maintenance. The troop cuts have nullified the ability to perform the National Strategy, as stated by the Chairman, in a squirrely way, to avoid a handslap from the SecDef.knc
