PSINet Consulting Solutions Wins ASP Agreement PR Newswire, 10/2/2000 07:45 Agreement to Leverage Baan Expertise, Customer Care ASHBURN, Va., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- PSINet Consulting Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of PSINet Inc. (NASDAQ:PSIX) today announced that Hewlett-Packard Company has selected it as the application service provider (ASP) for its global supply chain management system.
