I think, I agree with almost everything you said.

Question: How did you come up with the exploration asset value of $0.55/share?

As far as promotion goes, I have no doubt that there will be a major push once the transaction is complete.
Patriot is clearly aiming for a Nasdaq listing prior to the next round of financing and we all know what the minimum share price requirements are ... :-)
