I have a few of the Leaps on RMBS. I am amazed at the low open interest on just about all option series on a stock that has such potential (and such downside risk). This is going to be a company whose stock could hit 400 next year or go to 10 all depending on how the ITC and the courts rule. I am inclined to be long from what I have heard. But, this situatoin reminds me a lot of qcom and how i didn't get out in time and now i am waiting to try to figure out if this stock will ever re-visit its old highs.
