perhaps they did, but more than likely it's just a part of the normal diversification every senior executive follows at any company.

take a look at previous sells of these and other Apple execs and you'll see they regularly sell shares of the same magnitude.

the fact is that restricted shareholders (execs) can only sell shares at very specific times of the year (usually well before and after earnings announcements).
