Paul,

You should really focus on AMD's power consumption issues - and your January options - which are 100% under water.

Intel's screwups and misinformation have definitely been a millstone around the neck of AMD, given the flatlined alpha waves being emitted by the body of analysts. I'm hoping that they can summon up a small amount of brain power after the AMD earnings announcement, but I'm not counting on it.

Of course Intel has their friend Rambus waiting in the wings to sue AMD, no doubt announcing the lawsuit minutes after the earnings announcement.

I'm quite certain that there will be no collusion involved, because Intel and Rambus are ethical companies, (and of course Intel doesn't use SDRAM or DDR.)

It is also coincidental that Rambus chose to sue Hitachi and Sega (Playstation competitors) and they they have chosen to ask for higher royalties for DDR than DRDRAM (given that Intel does not yet have a DDR chipset and AMD does.)

Because Rambus and Intel are highly ethical companies.
