Old and vaccinated. Full of compassion for those not. The first people to be caught out and unvaccinated will be the medics. Now, how are you going to implement large scale distribution of the vaccines? I can't even read this guy - all he does is one-liners lacking substance or insight.

As a previous article stated: Doctors today would not recognize a smallpox outbreak. By the time it was recognized, most of the doctors and nurses, in the largest population areas, would be exposed (I'm assuming an intelligent and premeditated terrorist attack, which is the scenario that admits of the most likelihood). We haven't even looked at the social response that would occur in such an event, as people tried to remove themselves (and their children) from the possibility of infection...
