Ice Cube a couple of things.......the selling by institutions? How do you figure? Lot's of buying happening too.

My thoughts correspond with your's at the moment in regard to Segal....he has to prove himself yet......and this company needs PROVEN mgmt at a critical time like this.

I am pretty well fed up with the conjecture surrounding what is going on. It's the kind of thing that needs to be watched......and not commented on until facts are available.

My patience with current mgmt is now non existent. Time for a change. What a waste of technology it will be if they screw it up.

I will be watching for CALMS revenues in the Q2 #s. I would think this mess should be cleared up PDQ in order to release those #s on schedule.

Regards,
Walsham

Yes, Rick is from Chapters Online, which had questionable reporting methods for its accounts payable - they were reporting the A/P (apparently) as current, when in fact a good deal of it was months old.

Perhaps we should bring this up at the next Conference Call.

IceCube: Re: Rick's Segal's credentials - I have phoned and left a voice message on J. Patrick Howe's voice mail. I requested his feedback as an investor on the fact that Rick is from Chapters which has had their own share of problems.

J. Patrick isn't in the office today, so perhaps tomorrow I can post a reply.

PS: Man, am I the only one who starts to type my REAL name in these posts? I feel like I have a split personality. Wait - I'll check the mirror.

Guess that confirms it.
