I always like to see how the old sayings work out. So right now we have "BUY on ROSH HASHANNA - SELL on YOM KIPPUR". So it implies to me that the week between Rosh Hashanna and Yom Kippur should be up, meaning this week. Yom Kippur is on SUNDAY so a short-term top around FRI/next MON?

So far the BUY on R.H. was a day off. If the market does move up this week then that old saying has a chance to work.

Sorry, I have no statistics on how reliable this saying is, just like to monitor the validity of old sayings.
