Time to look at refiners (specifically TSO) again? I think TSO is a good asset play. It appears to have bottomed and it looks like refining margins will be relatively strong for the foreseeable future. Short term TA 207.61.23.98 Long term (sitting near a 5 year low with little to no spare refining capacity.) quote.yahoo.com I'm buying it mostly for a trade. I'm pretty certain it'll bounce from these levels. I also want to diversify within the oil sector a little.
