yep, they HAVE connections...my guess is the hedge fund that was riding the coat tails of the Euro intervention needed bailing out...mind you, i'm just guessing, but considering how credit spreads have widened, and junk bonds have been pasted, i'm thinking there must be quite a few leveraged players in trouble out there...that would also explain why the Fed is printing so much.
