Betty,

I hope HP gets it right. The price targets are tempting.

I noticed this...

"The HP PhotoSmart 215 digital camera ships with a 4MB CompactFlash memory card, which can store up to 40 photos, and a USB cable for fast downloading of images. ArcSoft Photo Impression and ArcSoft Photo Montage software are bundled with the new camera, making it easy to edit and share photos.

4 megabytes?!?

Let's face it, 4MB CompactFlash cards are practically collectible.
I suspect they cannibalized some earlier, unsold packaging to recover these cards.

Or is it possible that some of the intermediate density CF manufacturers are supplying CF cards for bundling?
That would be a great boon for SanDisk if '987 holds up.

Can you imagine SanDisk getting a royalty on every bundled card regardless of origin?
