sees the next 1000 yrs as the finale' for Most if not All species here on Earth...Man the Wise included......
The main culprit......that Oh so invisible gas
CO2..
coupled with a human population that is adding a BILLION like minded souls every 9.5-11 years.....we are a culture whose success is carbon fuel based...the lowly ..seldom used toaster emits 8+ lbs of CO2 annually.......computers=50+ lbs/annually...cars..1400+lbs
we are talking about a Gas here...not a liquid...or a solid..
Our atmosphere of 'Wise Use' is barely 6 miles thick...the sky is not the limit.......
Antartica...Greenland...The Tibetan Plateau...ect...are melting down at extreme rates.....
We evolved a set of behaviors that allowed for a free wheeling lifestyle because there were so Very Few of us here..
We are 6 Billion strong and counting today......every second of time adds 3.4 people to an already crowded Planet...
