Albert:RE:"it is unreasonable to expect the same pe from intel and amd since amd's debt is big"

After CC debt situation for AMD will be quite comfortable.

Wall Street must change their strategy wrt Intel-AMD market cap. If talking/thinking about Intel bring you to talk/think about AMD, it will lead them to compare Intel-Market-share to AMD-market-share (2.x to 1) with Intel-market-cap. to AMD-market-cap. (40 to 1)

Due to many factors maybe the market-cap. ratio could stabilise to (10 to 1) or maybe (15 to 1) and eventually market efficiency will bring it to that ratio.

The important thing here is that WS will suffer terribly more if they keep AMD below 10B market-cap (which mean ~100B for INTC). They will have to change their strategy and let AMD's market-cap goes to 30B-50B if they want to recover on INTC.
