Nothing is as disappointing as seeing the technology of this company go to a waste.

While there is a lot of speculation under way as per the expected loss, I certainly hope that KPMG is able to present the results on a timely basis. Otherwise we're looking at a SEC violation.

Another thing about Rick Segal, I find it difficult to make sense of the appointing process that this company follows. Microforum lands a contract with Chapters, a while back and the next thing you see is someone FROM Chapters on the board of executives. Somebody SHOULD be addressing these issues.
Rick Segal left the Chapters on-line division knowing what a huge loss was being expected. He did nothing for the company. Why is he here now?

Another thing, if this company is to ever listed on the Nasdaq, how's it going to be possible with the felony sheet of Howard Pearl. Only the TSE would allow such a disgraced individual the ability to get as far as he did.
