when other strong techs jumped last week, and prior week
but JDSU did NOT, bad sign

doubt it has to do with anything fundamental
reality strikes -- SDLI merger uncertainty, dead time

I think merger will go thru AOK in lateNov/ earlyDec
big customers are NOT blocking the procedure
but deadtime is a real issue

gonna be a huge opportunity from October to March though
I intend to be in it
but not for four weeks
