A reversal of Roe v. Wade would mean a return to the status quo ante prior to '72. Thus, it would be a matter for state legislatures to take up.

I have no problem if he does. Why do you ignore the underlying reasons that make abortion an issue in the first place? Unmarried women have the choice to not have sex and evidently too many fail to make that choice. The liberalizing of this countries morals has led to the very problem.knc
