If that happened it should be easy for your side to follow the process clearly laid out in the Constitution and get a Pro-Abortion amendment added to the Constitution. Everyone in the country except a few fringe nut cases would be for it. Right? Even better, make it an explicit pro-privacy amendment so it can be spelled out and we don't have to do these black means white mental gymnastics to find it. Then you can have all the abortions you want and I can eliminate the IRS like I want. Win Win I say. That means his appointees would interpret the Constitution exactly as it is written. They would overturn the abortion laws.
