Louis: It is true that we actually had 3 selling climax days on the heels of selling panics in April and May, but remember that we were just coming off ridiculous highs of 5132 and 5064 or so, rates had been and were still rising, and we were going into unfavorable seasonality.

We are not so overvalued, rates are benign now and likely to be lowered in next quarter, and we are going into favorable seasonality, which are main reasons why I am not expecting a new Nasdaq bear market.

I do think odds favor more selling, some panic, and a selling climax which wouldn't last a full day probably if we get it to bring us below 3500.
