As far as beating the number, it just went up. Consensus is now $.12 per share. Somebodyelse saw the DVD numbers. To calculate ESP, you got to look at share count. 52.6M last Q, 49.4M the Q before. They use the weighted average. This spin occurred on May 3. Only 2 months with the new shares. The share count should be around 54.5M this Q(54.2M from the end of last Q + some options that vest).

SG&A is tricky, too. In Q1, they had a $3.4M tax bill because of the options that needed to be exercised before the merger. They added that expense to SG&A. It's really been flat for 2 Qs.

DVD was about $15M last Q Over $22M this(based on 2M
units @ $11 ASP.)

STB/Codec was $28M last Q $31M this Q(10%)

VCD is flat at $18M

$71M in revenues.

Revenues $71M

COG 32M

Gross $39M

R&D 16M

SG&A 11M

Before tax $12M

Tax 3.2 (27% rate)

Net income $8.8

shares 54.5

$.16 per share.
