I would imagine somewhere in the high 30's for intc will represent a bottom for both intc and the nasdaq I don't share your optomism. I think Intel will get into the $20's before all is said and done. The Naz will get well below the 3000 level. I might buy some Intel calls ahead of earnings, especially if they continue to go down.
