How can the Internet be censored? You can pass all the laws you want, but they can't be enforced against people in other countries. I am aware that some corporations have been fined, at least in one instance a corporation (Yahoo?) was fined because someone with a free website published information questioning whether the Holocaust really happened, which is a violation of French law. That's nuts, of course, but if Yahoo kicked me off a free website to make a foreign government happy I'd just start my own website and laugh at both of them.
