Intel will not be able to hide a market share loss and an ASP drop for Q3. AMD discloses its total CPU sales in both units and $$. (You might have to guess at revenues for the three little subdivisions of CPG group - NPD, EPD, CPD = networking, embedded, chipsets.)

Intel discloses revenue for their combined CPU/mobo/chipset division, but its 90% CPU's.

So, for AMD, we'll know the % growth in CPU units sales and the % growth in CPU $$$ sales.

For Intel, we'll know the % growth of CPU $$$ sales, and they've already hinted its less than 5%.

Anyone will be able to figure out that AMD gained significant CPU $$$ market share. Unless Intel claims to have sold zillions of cheap CPU's, they'll also know that AMD gained significant market share in units.

This earnings report will be the beginning of the end of the PE disparity.
