Doug,

I think AMD's plan was to offer the 1.2 Ghz Athlon with the 760 using DDR 2100 and a 4.5 clock multiplier. Now, I think there is only a 50% chance of this happening. They may go directly to 1.33 Ghz with the 760, if they are still trying to get all the bugs out. Hell, I don't know.

Pravin.

Doug,

Why would the 1.2 have anything to do with 760 chipset? The 1.2 isn't expected to be the mustang is it? (or is it?)

If 1.2 GHz is 133 FSB only, it will need 760. 133 MHz FSB 1.2 GHz Mustang on 760 based motherboard with PC-2100 DDR would be one cool machine. It would make Athlon an undisputed performance champion.

It would do wonders to the stock price as well - the stock would probably go down $1. <g>
