telling me to stay out of Apple Computer because they were like the beta video system of Sony and all that jazz, What ever happened to the "NO BETAMAX COMPARISONS" appearing in the header of this thread. And by the way, VHS was technologically superior to Betamax in the one aspect the market really cared: VHS tapes have more capacity.

After reading many of the posts, it seems to me that there are very few of us left from those dog days of few years ago when Apple was selling in the low teens. Right now I'm sitting on $8-$9/ share, post split, and I would not be adverse to buying more at this time. I don't know what is coming out from Apple but I am certain that Jobs is not sitting on his behind. I am not going to sell!! One thing that I miss, from past times, is the critical analysis that appeared here from a number of people. The neighborhood has certainly changed.
