Did you just get off of margin I have a little margin debt in one account (Less than the cash amount in another account), and have used margin reserves to sell naked puts in some stocks. I think there is a reasonable chance that there could be a total collapse in the market in the next two weeks (similar to Oct 1987 or something). For that reason I am waiting till either that happens or we get past the Oct options expirations before I would venture further into debt. The market looks scary now, but it's not yet terrifying. TP
