AS, I am not so sure about LU in 2001. I expect that LU will have a tremendously difficult time hitting revenue estimates. They have huge retention bonuses for those engineers left in MA that have not already fled. With the voice switch market deteriorating and a lack of new, next gen products that are market leaders, they face an uphill battle, imo. I guess that time will tell. Anything above 40 is too much. tp
